- No COVID-related benefits, little WFH flexibility despite working 100% online in office
- Leadership on my team was lacking, little to no communication even through email, lack of effective project management, was never given communication if my managers were not going to be in office/were working at clinics/etc.
- Clique-y leadership
- Corporate culture was lacking, no culture building activities, did not feel valued as an employee
- More priority over numbers and recruiting than health and safety during COVID
- HR was difficult to work with and was constantly told conflicting information
- Poor pay
- Serious lack of diversity in corporate office although that may be a result of location (Portsmouth, NH/Maine area)
