When things are good they are great, when things are bad they are really bad. CEO has a serious lack of empathy and understanding of what is commercially and morally correct. This needs a little explaining. I was one of the senior management team not just a regular tech etc. I started there when the company comprised of 5 people including me. Things grew but with limitations due to company size etc which is expected. Unfortunately when COVID-19 hit the CEO's inability to manage under pressure came through in droves to the point where legal boundaries were pushed. Culmination in peoples pensions not being paid for 6 months without notification but those payments being taken from peoples salaries on a monthly basis, This was addressed after threat of legal action however be careful. It is unfortunate as it was a great place to work and the people were committed and very good at what they do, unfortunately the CEO let everyone down.
