      Compensation and benefits are decent enough.

      Company operates on fear. Everyone is so fearful that they don't talk in office. Toxic work environment, curry favor of the powerful few seems to be most important

      Pros

      Direct manager and team was fantastic.

      Cons

      No career advancement. Built a team around a product they couldnt figure out how to deliver, outsourced 90% of the work to contractors in India, and disbanded when the VP couldn't launch anything.
