Pros
Work hours are reasonable. If you're fortunate, you will find some very friendly, intelligent colleagues. Good travel opportunities, but only if you don't have a manager who hogs them.
Cons
Terrible management. Bullying bosses. Extremely cliquey environment. White male oriented. The job promises you the world, but when you arrive, you are required to do the most mundane of tasks. Hostile atmosphere.
