The biggest cons of this company is two people with full of ego. They both has taken an oath to destroy this company by harassing all super talents. UK office is taking lots of care of employee but due to this utterly talented monsters, no one is ready to join this company. If you join its your hard luck and self punishment. You will find lots and lots of politics. If you are good at that, it will be heaven for you. All dinner party and celebration pics on LinkedIn are the marketing campaign to hide darkest side of this company. One lady has literally cried in front of me due to this politics. She was undergoing depression treatment due to this company. Now choice is yours: Pick good work friendly environment or choose this company to meet hell on earth.
