Appreciate their small team that was very positive, welcoming, and responsive. Willing to work with special circumstances. Good connections with gov't agencies to get good contracts.

Could work on more proactive communication (although when we gave them this feedback, they immediately made changes to work on it - greatly appreciated). Could be more transparent with annual raise process.

Good work environment, small company but great leadership.

Benefits could be better. Health insurance is not great and maternity leave is quite short.
