Work life balance is important to the owner and all leadership. They provide opportunities for employees to take charge and learn new tasks. Great PTO and other benefits.

They don't cover much of the employee's family for health insurance.

Pay is on-time. Per diem is an acceptable rate.

Abuse from management and higher-ups. Favoritism is given throughout company. Only the favorites are allowed to not follow the rules. Many people here will treat you like family and then stab you in the back. Incompetent higher-ups. You miss work and your PTO days are taken away (with or without notes). Deceptive termination and manipulation throughout company.
