      -Competitive pay -Small company so any change can make a big impact -Company has a good sales team that makes them profitable

      Cons

      -Management doesn't listen -Growth is promised but somehow always hindered and slowed by management -Too many hats, not enough hands -High turn over (when I was there) -no work life balance, they promise you this but fall short when they get comfortable enough to ask more of you.

      Pros

      I really enjoy going to work for Rocco. He is a driven owner/boss and hands on. He is like a family member to all in the office but is still straight forward. The entire team is very helpful and works with you when you have a problem.

      Cons

      The industry is extremely busy and training new employees can be an issue. The learning curve is a bit much but with the assistance from the team it keeps you enthusiasm high and makes you want to do more.
