Disorganization Eliminated Any Chance to Contribute - Firmware Engineer Contollo Consulting Employee Review

I was hired to develop firmware for a prototype that was still under development and not yet ready for software work. Unfortunately, I was let go before I had the opportunity to contribute code to the project. The onboarding process felt rushed and incomplete, and the work environment did not seem fully prepared for a firmware development role. For example, the computer and development setup were not ready when I started. It also seemed that the project scope and technical requirements were still being defined during my time there.
