Pros
Plenty of hours, each division had a scheduler who worked with me on day's I needed off or scheduling conflicts. There were lots of incentives for attendance etc. You had to attend three trainings throughout the year that are very helpful.
Cons
When first starting out it is rough because you are new and you are offered a bit more difficult clients and jobs that are not ideal. This is because the turnover rate is so high.As time passes you are more likely to be accommodated when it comes to being offered hours and clients you prefer to work with on a regular basis. When you first start there are many hours that are offered and it can become overwhelming. The starting rate is not all that great.
