      Fast career growth, Not that large for salary offer but it is quite good since it's wfh - so less expenses.

      Cons

      They sold the company to everise, now all agents of Continuum GBL had issues most especially with payments and positions lol.

      Micromanaging, they pick and choose for management, they don’t care about the agents as long as their job isn’t effected, no work life balance
