Pros

Good incentives, decent pay with bonus from meeting metrics, can get rewards points as well.

Cons

Having to push phone add a lines on every call. I used to love my job and really felt like I was helping my customers and making their lives better. Now I just feel stressed to make a sale on every call. Most customers are angry.

Pros

Great pay if you are good with getting bonuses.

Cons

Have very high expectations and expect you to do more than job description. If you are in tech you are still expected to make sales. Hard to get a supervisor when requested by a customer.

The ability to work from home

Cons

Micromanaging, they pick and choose for management, they don’t care about the agents as long as their job isn’t effected, no work life balance
