Pros

Good Team but limited engagement as you will work from home, The job is work from home. Some good managers but it depends solely on luck if you get a good one or a bad one.

Cons

I've enjoyed my time here but it was hard work. Yes you will be working from home but the call load is enormous. You will be taking calls back to back to back to back all day depending on the department you are in. Some of the mangers are complete trash and barely interact with you. Recently got swapped to a different department with no notice which stripped me of my team and all my veteran roles after three years. With the department change, this didn't happen to me but some of the team had their schedules switched from morning shifts to night shifts. Worst I saw was an 9-430 employee getting swapped to a schedule of 2-11 and they have kids! This company does not care about us. We are just numbers to them. I would not recommend anyone work here.
