Can’t find nothing to say

Cons

No communication really you have to email everybody no number to talk to anyone and once you email them they may reply back or not. It’s a lot of information to learn in 5wks and on week 4 they rushing you on the phones. Very unprofessional and trainers are rude.DONT APPLY!!!!! Then they said you get paid 17 and work your way up they give $17 one week and then you have to earn that and that wasn’t on application it said work to get $ 19. Don’t apply!!!! It’s a Headache . Then they tell up to upswell on every call it’s a mess and I applied for customer service and it felt like technical support

Pros

Great pay if you are good with getting bonuses.

Cons

Have very high expectations and expect you to do more than job description. If you are in tech you are still expected to make sales. Hard to get a supervisor when requested by a customer.

Training Quality: Training is often described as fast-paced, unorganized, or too short. Management: Inconsistent leadership and poor communication from upper management. Job Security: Security can be fragile; layoffs often happen when specific client contracts end. Inconsistent Experience: Your day-to-day work life heavily depends on your specific team and client account
