Pros

Pay is good, and customer service hours beginning in Feb will close at 6pm.

Cons

Often a lack of correct or current information provided, regarding both benefits and information needed to do our jobs. Frequent lack of floor support once you're out of transition and training. Customers calling in are frequently angry, in part because of extremely long wait times. You need a thick skin to do this job.

Job security may be fragile, ie; when a contract ends there are reduction in workforce.

The ability to work from home

Cons

Micromanaging, they pick and choose for management, they don’t care about the agents as long as their job isn’t effected, no work life balance
