Insisted on excellent patient care

At times I was given assignments in unsafe neighborhoods, but I understood the reasoning for it.

There are no pros.

Gossiping, backstabbing coworkers, horrible communication. Low pay for the amount of work. Ridiculous policies that need to be corrected yet continue to remain in place. Management is a joke.
