Overall teams and people are cool to work with. Lots of knowledge and opportunities to learn.

The work is not so great. Scarcity of projects with constant re-contextualization of tools and knowledge, after some years you end up feeling like you didn't gain significant experience in one thing. Projects are small and with bad management resulting in frustrating plans and not so interesting tasks.
