One person does 3 people work A lot of stress and pressure often without a business reason, A lot of changes in teams all the time. No process. Some members of management team are inadequate, don't have good people skills and common manners. Company has not "let's fix it" approach but "who did it, who to blame " approach Company will not pay for your trainings and will not raise your salary. They will find someone else. Huge turnover. In a year all your colleagues will be new.
