- Leadership team doesn't believe in Remote work
- Leadership team is not transparent with the "why" of decisions. Instead of just not saying it, they will lie to you or tell half-truths.
- A lot of inequality in salaries. Some engineers make 3x what others make, without much reason for it.
- "Sorry we're french" gets used to justify anything from being late to meetings consistently, to being inconsiderate, to speaking French in meetings or Slack threads, in an international company.
- Heavy changes going on at the company make it a bad time to join. Wait a year and see if it still is there.
