Everyone talks about company culture, but Contently genuinely defines good culture and walks the walk. Empathy, Candor, Accountability and Curiosity are the values the company lives by and it breeds the most fantastic culture I've ever been apart of. We are fully remote, every other Friday we are closed, and still, this is the most tight knit crew of kind, smart people I've ever worked with. The CEO inspires everyone to take pride in their work and the mgmt team is dedicated to teaching employees to be masters of their craft and support their career growth. I am SO happy to be at Contently - great product to boot in an industry that's been growing.
Cons
We have a headquarters in NYC that any nearby employees can work from, however, if you are not near NY, there aren't many networking opps with local employees b/c we are pretty scattered across the country.
