Pros

ContentKing gives you great opportunities to grow. Being a small team you need to own your tasks truly as you gain new challenges everyday but you also get all the support you need for your work. It's ok to not know something as long as it's not a problem for you to learn it. All ups are shared throughout the team and when something is not right, you get constructive feedback so you can learn from it and do it better next time. What I like about ContentKing is how everyone really does their best to bring value for our customers - it's not just a phrase here, it is really lived.

Cons

Start-ups and smaller teams bring their specific challenges so you need to have the right mindset but I can't find any cons that would make me question my decision to start working here. Plus we are growing fast and you can always express your concerns and you are listened to.

Pros

ContentKing is a very welcoming and approachable team of driven people, passionate about what they do. I know it sounds like a startup cliché. This is not the first startup company I have joined in such an early stage, but out of all startups I have worked for/with, ContentKing is by far the most professional. It has a very calm, adult, transparent and respectful atmosphere and approach to everything it does - business, product, people, ideas and challenges. One of the reasons I joined was the product, the ContentKing app. I appreciate companies who build a product that is actually useful for a wider audience, not just for big companies and agencies, but also solo-preneurs, freelancers, or even just hobbyists. It is something I can use as well (and I actually do) for my personal projects.

Cons

Being a small and growing company brings its unique set of challenges, and any change feels like a revolution. For example, hiring one new person might not seem like a major event, but it is a significant jump up for a small company. Obviously there are many opportunities to put more structure into its internal operations, refine processes; roles and responsibilities might change with every new hire, but it is not something you wouldn't expect from any other company of that size. One day you might be frustrated by an undefined process, but next day you can appreciate that you don't have to fill any request forms and get them triple approved.

Pros

The company is growing, and definitely in the right direction. CEO has a strong vision, and is well prepared to execute this by striking the right balance of hiring a strong team and setting realistic expectations for timelines. There's still plenty of room for individuals to grow and learn, which is always exciting. But there's also a strong safety net to ensure you'll be the most successful you can — by having any resources, direct access to the CEO for issues, and a solid team as support. In short, it's the thrill of working for a startup with limited headaches and chaos (as often most small companies have).

Cons

Theres a lot we want to do without the time or manpower to do it. But management does a good job at prioritizing tasks, and hopefully this will be alleviated as more people are hired.
