Pros

- Work alongside intelligent and passionate people. - Exceptional opportunities for career development. The company is especially good at identifying its employees' strengths and encouraging them to grow way beyond the role they were hired for. - A truly unique combination of art and science. Top of the class creative strategies and clever technological solutions blend into a special 'secret sauce' that competitors in the industry can only dream of. - Good balance between a 'casual vibe' and a strong appetite for success. - Summer Fridays! Happy hours! Company outings!

Cons

Not for everyone and certainly not for 'old-school' employees. Those who struggle with adaptation to changes and need a fixed, every-day-the-same schedule, are bound for frustration. They'll probably find the pace in which the company is moving to be too fast and too challenging.

Pros

There's room for growth, opportunities to learn, significant benefits, fun planned events/social activities (even remotely), and most of the skills acquired are transferrable.

Cons

Working with teams in different time zones can present some challenges.

Pros

* Some great coworkers * Parent company has significant cash on hand which should suggest stability * Challenging and interesting projects

Cons

* extremely high employee turnover - 4GMs within 2.5 years not to mention worker bees * lack of solid strategy that's complimentary to the core business * SR management lacks experience in the core business and made a number of poor decisions that led to the massive company downsizing over 2 years. * Tone deaf. It's poor taste to layoff staff and the same week proudly announce a multimillion acquisition of another company * Staff layoffs selection seems little to do with actual revenue contribution * Stock performance - should tell you all you need to know about how financial analysts rate the company
