Pros

Relatively decent pay - depends on your project. Decent parking. Located near a few food and small shopping businesses if a quick run is needed for nothing too specific.

Cons

More than I'd like to be listing. Slow HR response rates. Favoritism to the extent if one person on your project has their own unspoken opinion of you, and you do a better job than them, you'll be fired or removed from your project without warning. I've seen people terminated for being in the hospital, with excuses, and not being able to communicate with their leadership or the company on their status. Disregard for formal complaints (unless you're favored). Worked for a year ans got your yearly raise, but the base pay rate went up? You're at the base pay rate now and lose that bonus percentage raise. Worked here too long and capped your pay, and the pay rate went up? You're capped at where you're at without that difference in base pay rate. Lose your vacation time you've been saving up because you've been unknowingly moved off your project and they "accidentally" terminated you instead while youre given delayed options to move to other projects/clients? Goodbye vacation time - you won't get it back. Poor management overall, with the guise that they know better than you do - you're inferior and should just be a "yes man". Your personal health and mental well-being is not that important to them, but they'll say you matter. I've seen way too much here to advise anyone I care about to apply. This isn't my first rodeo with them, but it's certainly my last.

Pros

The company really does promote from within to a point. If you have any college education, and are good with people, you can go far.

Cons

They will never directly admit it, but you can not get past a supervising roll without a college degree. You can essentially run a department for years, but when they officially fill the management role, they will hire outside the company for someone with any degree instead of the person who has the work experience. Without a diploma you will never get a salaried management position in this company. An associates degree in art history will get you further than 20 years experience in customer service.
