Pros
The brands they represent are interesting and cool. Upper Management is always free for word and keeps an open door. People learn your name quick. The company is actively growing and looking in-house for growth and management.
Cons
Everything else. Not only is everything filthy and only the trash is removed regularly, the bathrooms are filthy. I would rather use a porter potty daily then use their bathrooms. If the toilets are not clogged, they are smeared with urine, feces, or blood. There is a lot of favoritisim. The managers will vto people for no calls no shows and not others. Some people will be written up for attendence or dress codes while others will slide by while wearing crop tops, hats, pajamas, hair bonnets, ect. There is team, the lingerie brand I will not name, that is plain distasteful. Is the girls (because they have refused to hire men) aren't dodging calls, talking about fellow coworkers, or fighting, they are talking about filthy topics so loud that if I can hear it across the floor, customers can hear it. Even their only SUPERVISOR participates in this talk. The girls constantly talk about how the supe dodges calls, hides out in the smoking area, or tries to pass along work. Their manager doesn't seem know what she is doing. You can hear the girls talk about her when she is not around and what they get away with. Other managers, training leaders, and supes are hit or miss. One supe for the plus size brand makes me feel uncomfortable. But HR is so dismissive you can not talk to anyone. They also play music. Never have I been in a call center that played music for quality assurence. But they do. Some nights you can hear the fowl words in the lyrics. They constantly have it issues. I'm just scratching the surface. I personally think they had an amazing item. But some how it slipped from leadership.
