Bed bugs. Its a problem in call centers yet they did nothing to fix it when I was there.
Payroll is terrible - was repeatedly missing pay from my checks and promised to be made up "on the next check" and never did. They owe me about 60 hours of backpay currently and keep blowing me off now that I'm a former employee. I recommend people with similar issues look into a class action suit - CallTech/Teleperformance (also a call center in Columbus) pulled the same stuff when it was run by the same people that run the Hilliard ContactUs and got slapped pretty hard for it.
Its call center work - it generally sucks.
