Pros

Not stressful. Work for home. Not so busy call centre

Cons

Fixed shifts. Work every weekend. Hard to take time off. Manager blackmail you if you want them to approve day off work. Your religious holidays don’t matter if it is busy they expect you to work.

Fair pay, weekends off mostly, great insurance provider, fair policies, great leaders and a comfortable work environment

Helps build your resume Will better your skills as an agent Remote possibility after a certain time frame and with maintained KPIs Reliable check and overtime potential

Cons

Dreadful management Major office politics Extreme lack of communication in the entirety of my employment Agents are treated as numbers Ideas of opportunities for growth are preached but severely limited and is significantly influenced by office politics
