Pros

It has been a great work place for me and i have gained a lot and grow personally. It has taught me to be a team player and has helped me with my soft skills and sales skills. I love the diversity in culture and it is a fun place to work

There are none for me.

Fair pay, weekends off mostly, great insurance provider, fair policies, great leaders and a comfortable work environment

Helps build your resume Will better your skills as an agent Remote possibility after a certain time frame and with maintained KPIs Reliable check and overtime potential

Cons

Dreadful management Major office politics Extreme lack of communication in the entirety of my employment Agents are treated as numbers Ideas of opportunities for growth are preached but severely limited and is significantly influenced by office politics
