Pros
The technology has a slim chance of making it, but if they had the right management team in place, and a strong CEO, the technology could potentially work. The lower-end employees are really fun to work with.
Cons
I worked there for a short while and I can honestly say that it was one of the worst experiences of my professional life. The management team regularly belittles its employees making it feel more like a disciplinary hearing rather than a business meeting. After a couple of months there you begin to numb to the abuse and stressful working conditions; you forget that there are thousands of great companies across Vancouver that offer food, games, fun and most importantly respect to the working environment. And respect is key. I left shortly after starting, I now work for an amazing company, get paid better, and treated with a greater deal of respect; I am treated as a professional, and valued for my contributions. My advice. Turn and run if you are ever contacted by this company.
