      Pros

      I love to work at Consumers Credit Union becase the Team Synergy, Empowerment, and Ease of Job. Can't beat free coffee.

      Cons

      Management and Poor Internal Communication are both very big problems for the Company. The company is not very transparent. They hire from within which is great.

      Pros

      Benefits were great. PTO was generous. Coworkers were awesome.

      Cons

      Leadership was awful. The "We're Family!" agenda was pushed ALL THE TIME. If you don't bend over backwards to "look good" for higher-ups, you'll be canned. Out-of-touch executives. Stingy with raises. The nepotism is strong here as well. Don't feel comfortable going to HR with issues because they're all besties with each other.
