Majority of their "legal team" arent attornies. Our clients get sued and nobody shows up on there behalf. Debt invalidation is a scam. You have clients working with us for 4+ years and no debt is removed off there credit report. If debt some how does get removed , they still get sued anyway and end up paying double of what they owed. I had a woman living in her car enrolled asking if her debt has been whiped yet. This place is a scam from the top down. You show up to the 50th floor of a building expecting them people to be doing great things. Nah yall are scamming old people. Yall are not attorneys. This place has been a joke since day one of training. Rules are constantly changing weekly. 0 communication what so ever from middle management and supervisors. The ceo Dan is condescending and difficult to talk to. The list goes on and on with this place.
