Pros

Peers are nice and they have coffee and tea and a reasonable canteen downstairs

Cons

The so called management is so rude and unprofessional, uses abusive language for their employees and micro-manages everything, they don't like to work and puts on all the work on their subordinates so to say. Also they keep having these day-end meetings during any time of the day multiple times, how ironic The founder is just pathetic, he doesn't help at all keeps on asking to provide unrealistic solutions, doesn't give a heed to problems and puts a lot of pressure on employees to achieve targets, it's a 24/7 saga, work on Sundays in the name of providing a compensatory leave which they never keep track of and he has anger issues, also he keeps on asking what did you do all day in an extremely condescending tone which is literally unreasonable since all we do is work. In a nutshell, he's the worst boss who creates this fear in morning meetings where he excessively puts pressure and controls and doesn't give a heed when one says the task needs some time and assistance. Pay is way too less and all the people who are saying 6 days is the only con, well, I beg to differ because you legit have to work 7 days Also did I mention they all speak in hindi like everytime? I understand it's easy and no harm tho, just the meetings could be formal

Innovative Use of Technology: Strong focus on using automation, AI, and modern tools (like tech-driven sourcing systems) to solve real-world recruitment challenges. Dynamic Work Culture: A young, energetic, and highly collaborative team environment where ideas are heard and implemented quickly without heavy corporate red tape. Direct Impact on Business: Because the team is streamlined, your individual contributions directly influence company growth, client satisfaction, and product development. Broad Exposure: Opportunity to work cross-functionally and understand the end-to-end operations of tech-driven talent acquisition and client management.

Cons

Fast-Paced & Demanding: The workload can be intense at times, requiring strong time-management skills to keep up with tight recruitment and development deadlines. Evolving Processes: As a growing company, internal operational workflows and documentation are constantly evolving, which can occasionally lead to ambiguity. Work-Life Balance Fluctuations: Peak hiring seasons or major product rollouts can sometimes extend working hours, blurring the lines of work-life balance. Resource Constraints: Being an agile company, you may sometimes need to wear multiple hats and manage with leaner resources compared to legacy corporate giants. Rapid Shift in Priorities: Business requirements and client demands can change quickly, requiring a high level of adaptability to sudden shifts in strategy.
