You will be treated like an outsider until you prove your worth, work yourself to the bone and give every ounce of yoruself to the job you might get on the managers good side until you speak your mind. You will be punished for having any opinion that isn't the managers opinion, that seen is disrespect and insubordination. Your ideas and accomplishments will be played off as the managers with zero remorse. No one with any talent or skill will ever be appreciated at this place because that is seen as a direct threat. Younger employees are preferred because they are "more moldable" in other words easier to manipulate. If you go to senior leaders or hr for help, you will be screwed. They will not protect you or do anything to stop her dictatorship, you will be retaliated against and mentally and emotionally abused until you either quit or lies are fabricated and stories twisted to get you fired. I've never had a more traumatic and devastating work experience in my life. Good luck to anyone who is unfortunate enough to get a job at this place, it is a nightmare for a paycheck!
