      Only worked 3 12s, Pay was good,could get overtime pretty much every week

      Cons

      Using the drill for 12 hours straight gets hard other than that its was a good job

      All direction is from the top down, and if a good idea doesn't come from above, Directors & Managers are not interested in pursuing it.
