Where to begin? I was a former Corporate employee with this hell hole, and saw a lifetime of bad decisions, mostly by senior leadership who couldn't even run a hot dog stand yet alone a complex government security firm. The CEO is an utter joke, and the other key executives they have placed within the past few years are worthless. They all like to talk a big game, but this place is like the Titanic or Chernobyl. You know its a major disaster but you keep trying to save it regardless. The pay is absolutely horrible and the pay gap between the top 15 employees and everyone else was ludicrous. Me, I have a graduate degree and a decade of experience from a Fortune 50 company and my raises weren't even in line with cost of living increases over the years I suffered at this place. The benefits are better at Walmart. They picked the bottom of the barrel coverages and expect you to be grateful and appreciative. The benefits team turned over almost every year, no wonder why. Also, your benefits get cancelled multiple times over your employment because of failure to pay. Other benefits not funded timely, either 401K, HSA/FSA, etc etc. Simply put I recommend people stay away, and if you currently work there, trust me, there is a better job on the other side. All you need to do is leave.
