      Those within positions of power lack the understanding of wine and how to provide a genuine guest experience. The employee turnover rate is alarmingly high. Poor management, toxic environment.

      Some great coworkers who I miss greatly!

      Cons

      Leadership at all levels was a complete mess, especially director and above. Provided no support. Lied to avoid accountability. The hardest working and most engaged employees were taken advantage of and then discarded.
