Pros
The culture is very supportive and team-oriented, close-knit, my 'CP family'. Goals and priorities are clearly communicated and support is given to attain them.
Cons
The ability to work from home is great and allows me to get more work done instead of sitting in traffic -- but I miss the office atmosphere, I miss seeing and spending time with my 'CP family'
