      Pros

      Teaching and support staff are incredibly supportive. Students on the whole are respectful and good to work with.

      Cons

      Excessive, unnecessary workload. Toxic senior leadership team- bully, micromanage and undermine anyone who doesn't just nod their head. Actively create working conditions to have a negative impact on your own confidence and mental health. Working for them is not worth it.

      Pros

      The children want to learn. Parents are supportive.

      Cons

      Poor Senior leadership. Not consistent with rules. Blame culture is rife with gaslighting and bullying from SLT. Don't speak up otherwise you'll be pushed out. Very few staff from minority groups. Will vocally promote diversity but do not act with it. Poor morals and even worse regard for the students. I would not send my child there.
