Pros

Very easy interview scheduling, one or two in team is friendly and passionate about HRM. Atleast the interview part was good

Cons

Red flags 1 First call, they told a amount as inhand after deduction. 2 Interview - that amount got reduced and mentioned hike will be from "minimum 30-80%" 3 Offer letter and CTC sheet was shown only on Joining day in seperate room with camera. 4 Offer letter - Typed on both sides unprofessional, even company name in 7 quote that too undertaking was written as "Conservice solution". 5 Told bond will be for year and hikes will come after six months. These word hopes are coming from different persons but not mentioned clearly in offer letter and bond. 6 When asked, they say policy will change from December and cannot bring type change in offer letter which rarely takes a minute and genuine approval. 7 They expect us to blindly believe and sign on bond (2L compensation on 100 rupees stam paper and surety bond from parents) but not willing to correct their mistakes and loopholes in the same paper. 8 "We work as family", this is the biggest red flag you can hear in any job interview. 9 dress code is fun. No mobiles allowed since it affects productivity. 10 I think they are scamming workforce. 11 No canteen, scrum call is another joke. None uses technology and works smart 12 ASKING FOR ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE TILL END OF BOND PERIOD WHICH IS ILLEGAL. Read all of these points and think by yourself.

Pros

People say it’s a good place to start your career because you get to learn a lot, but they also argue that this only because there is nothing else to point out pros in the company. I don’t believe that’s true—people can learn from any workplace. So in the end, there doesn’t seem to be any real advantage to this company.

Cons

Wow there is a lot to say. Work hours lack balance—while the punch-in time is fixed, leaving depends entirely on finishing the workload, which often feels equivalent to three days’ worth of tasks assigned in a single day. The company’s location also makes things harder, with limited access to proper food and accommodation. Recognition seems less performance-based and more dependent on staying close to seniors or managers. With a 9:00–6:30 schedule, mandatory working Saturdays, and relatively low pay, the overall environment can feel overly demanding, especially by today’s standards.Salary for experienced employees ends up being almost the same as what freshers earn in other companies, which makes the growth feel negligible. The company’s model feels exploitative—bringing in freshers, pushing them to their limits, and extracting maximum work while paying as little as possible.
