      Pros

      This is an amazing company to work for and the team is small but very supportive. The owners run a tight shift with open and transparent communication but environment is conducive to a really happy tenure.

      Cons

      Make sure you take care of all your own legal requirements as far as tax, UIF etc.

      Sometimes work pressure is too much - but you always get comp-off for that.
