Awful Company, lousy benefits - Administrative Conpak CPA Employee Review

- Tissue boxes are only allowed for managerial position and above - Staff can't use paper cups, only given to clients citing eco-friendly reasons - Lunch must be strictly at 12pm sharp and you have to rush back at 1pm so basically you have to eat nearby place with no or little queue but it's not exactly that easy in CBD area with the lunch time crowd - Late for few minutes must get smrt chit to prove it's legitimate If company doesn't even provide basic benefits, flexibility and micromanages to the maximum, how can one expect them to invest and value employees in the long-term?
