      Pros

      Good work life balance, they used to have two days a week work from home. Not high expectations because no one is very knowledgeable.

      Cons

      Lots of dog and pony show meetings with no real purpose. Constant changing of the boss of the group (none of whom have any experience in the specialty).

      Work Culture is great. No micro management.

      Cons

      No significant drawbacks come to mind; I found it challenging to socialize or communicate with my colleagues due to the cabin-like environment.
