Pros

Creativity is kind of open here. Everything is done using a previous project as a shell. Usually end up making a previous project fit into the space provided by a new project. Their Binghamton Office has the right mentality to be a successful architecture firm.

Cons

Abuse: throwing something at you to get your attention because you are focused on the task at hand is inappropriate. Bullying: pressuring a colleague to drink alcohol just because that was the only option the principal brought in is disrespectful and dangerous. Work-Life Balance Nonexistent: when you have to forward office calls to your personal cell phone during lunch because the office is empty for an hour, it gives you no time to breath during your already outrageous 50-hour work week.
