Pros

Amazing culture filled with people who care about your emotional wellness as well as professional growth. Lots of great parties and events throughout the year- AND THEY GO ALL OUT. Great for team building and getting to know one another. Charity and volunteering opportunities too! Getting back to the culture, the work environment is relaxed and comfortable, daily lunches are free (!!!), and there are always snacks and cereal too (not to mention bagel Mondays)! Benefits are VERY generous - I've never paid so little for my (great) benefits in all my life. Oh, and did I mention flexible time off? It might not be everyone's preference, BUT I LOVE IT! I never feel pressured not to take time off if I want or need to. It's a massive weight off my shoulders. Management is great and very supportive - and if there are ever any issues the HR team is the MOST open, understanding, and RESPONSIVE in making sure everyone works well together. The CEO is gracious, generous, and very communicative with all staff.

Cons

This is a con for some, so I'll mention it. The company does move VERY quickly. It's the nature of the industry. For what this company is, and for how it treats its employees, it's definitely worth a shot if you have been considering joining the team.

Pros

Work hard, play hard mentality. Great culture and a lot of fun events that made my internship memorable.

Cons

Can be a bit empty in office sometimes as most work remotely.

Pros

Endless opportunities for the self-driven and ambitious. I was lucky enough to work under a single manager, David Weinrot, who entrusted me throughout my tenure to drive countless initiatives. He represents, for me, my time with the company. I still carry with me today much of what I learned wearing the many hats he provided access to across the company. Though demanding, he was a great partner in brainstorming new ideas, driving innovation and providing support when needed. This training provided me with the launchpad I needed to, after 5 years, move onto managing an organization with a budget of $120MM that leveraged all of the skills I learned under his direction.

Cons

The company as a whole, while I was there, had a lot going on. I am sure many things have changed since then, though I suspect success will hinge on comfort with agility and change, as with any modern company.
