Pros
Lots of nice people, good benefits, wonderful HR department and decent pay.
Cons
Angry customers calling in to the wrong departments wanting their problems fixed "now", but having to be transferred. I had one occasion that completely destroyed my faith in transfers getting customers where they were supposed to go. I was new, so when I got a caller that my department couldn't help I asked my supervisor where to transfer them. I was told to do a warm transfer (staying on the line and explaining the problem to the new person and disconnecting from the call once they understand the customers problem) Once the call connected I started to explain the situation, I was told that their department didn't handle that. So the call was transferred again only to have the situation repeat itself thrice more after which the customer hung up, obviously fed up with the situation. After that incident I was unable to preform transfers with any level of confidence that the customers would actually be helped. I was continually worried about the situation and the resulting stress quickly convinced me to quit Connection Point, keep working my other job and attempt to find a different second job.
