Clear career progression, parameters are clearly set knowing exactly what is expected to achieve a promotion. Training support is very good. Especially for someone starting out in their mortgage advisor career.
Cons
Current technology, although this is in the process of being upgraded, which will then hopefully turn into a positive. No face to face appointments while office upgrades are being made to allow them to continue.
