Pros
I have been here 3 years and i have enjoyed my time with this company, i am a store manager and i really enjoy how the company let's me run my store, of course i go by all the rules, but because of my community, i get to be involved with it and to include it into my store, there is great opportunity for growth in this company, i have infact gotten people to come to work for us, the company searches for great talent and encourages them to grow with us, the company not only hires the best of the best, but also hires people that have the drive to be the best, as it should be, if your business is not successful, then you are just handing out paychecks and your employees are not challenged nor fullfield, you have to wake up every morning and look foward to something and to me and many others, it's our jobs at CS.
Cons
What can i say about the cons, well in everything you do and in every job, there are cons, but the question is? Are the cons greater then the pros, to that i say no not at Connectivity Source, the pros out weigh the cons and that is what makes this company great to work for.
