Management is unprofessional and egotistical. Constant micromanaging and offensive behavior exists on a daily basis in the contact center from the majority of their management team. Communication is non existent. Usually I take negative reviews with a grain of salt but unfortunately the previous negative reviews of this company are accurate. Favoritism is rampant. Contact center morale is lower than I've ever seen. Program knowledge and seniority alone is not a qualification for promotion. Recent promotions were given with no regard to actual experience and fit.
