Our total reward strategy was developed with the needs of our employees top of mind. We continuously evaluate this strategy to ensure we offer best-in-class benefits and provide meaningful support to employees and their families. We appreciate the recognition on that front. While a particular department may not have an advancement opportunity that will address an individual’s career aspirations, there are ample opportunities throughout Connection for advancement. In addition to the brick and mortar locations in Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Ohio and South Dakota that house over 2,000 employees in a variety of fields, there are remote positions that are located throughout the United States with an emphasis in the sales enablement arena from business development managers to technical solutions architects. If career advancement is not on an employee’s radar, there are several professional development seminars and resources to explore to enhance skillsets. With one quarter behind us and three ahead, as a team we are focus on achieving expectations to meet the 2020 goals of the organization. It’s important employees make time with their manager to discuss their career goals and professional development. Thank you for your feedback.
