The list of cons is quite extensive so I will provide a condensed version. If I could provide a negative value rating for this company, I would do so simply in an effort to help others avoid this company.
Let me begin by stating I am a professional with over 20 years of industry experience. In addition, I possess an advanced degree. That being said, I know my value/worth and what I bring to the table. I also recognize no job is perfect. However, what I have witnessed first hand within this organization is truly unbelievable and worthy of a negative review.
Key Issues:
1. Ineffective leadership - inclusive of execs down to senior level managers
2. Toxic environment and culture - very low morale
3. Extremely high turnover - this indicates a significant issue considering professionals are leaving consistently; not simply the lower paying call center reps (which is expected)
4. Lack of training and development
5. Personal battles harm productivity and interfere with overall mission
6. Very political culture - be a "yes" man in order to get rewarded
7. Favortism is fostered - people do not get promoted based upon their hard work and contributions but rather based upon favortism
8. Poor communication
9. Lack of transparency
10. Abuse of employees
