Pros

I have worked for a few IT organizations and have had the opportunity to travel to Palo Alto 4 times for training for two different companies. Anyone that is in this industry is familiar with the stories of how companies such as VMWare, Google and others treat their employees like family and provide perks that are typically unheard of elsewhere. ConnectWise and LabTech have more than embodied this spirit and brought it to the east coast, they have almost transcended it. Yes there are negatives that have been posted on this board - some completely unfounded and some are just due to the accelerated growth we are experiencing. The people are great and for the most part like minded. When you get several hundred employees not everyone will have the same disposition however for the most part we all are working in the same direction. I would highly recommend ConnectWise for those right out of school, or experienced and looking for a positive change.

Cons

I have to park too far away from the front door sometimes...

Those are some great companies to be compared to and we do try to do what we can to be even better! Fast growth always brings challenges, but I think we are hitting our stride. Thank you for being proactive and sharing your feedback with your upline...it is important to let your voice be heard.

Pros

Remote work and unlimited PTO

Cons

In my experience, the company places a strong emphasis on cost reduction, which has resulted in frequent reductions in force and ongoing concerns about job security. Long-tenured employees are not immune to these workforce reductions, creating uncertainty and impacting morale across the organization. One recurring concern among employees has been compensation and annual merit increases. Through employee surveys and feedback channels, many employees expressed dissatisfaction with the size of merit raises. Earlier this year, leadership acknowledged these concerns and communicated that changes would be made to improve the compensation process and better align raises with employee expectations. However, when merit increases were ultimately distributed, many employees felt the results fell short of what had been communicated, with some receiving lower increases than anticipated. This led to frustration and a perception that employee feedback was not meaningfully acted upon. While the company offers opportunities to gain experience, prospective employees should carefully consider factors such as job stability, compensation growth, and leadership transparency when evaluating the organization.
